“The system I trained in was built to react.”
I spent 13 years in emergency departments watching the same story arrive too late. I wanted to get upstream of it, for my patients and honestly for myself.
Peak Health lets me offer something the system rarely does: real, ongoing attention. Deeper testing, regular visits with me, and a plan that changes when your results do.
What the program includes
- 01250+ health markers across metabolic, hormonal, cardiovascular and cognitive health
- 02Four visits a year with me, by telehealth. I review every result myself.
- 03Your trends tracked over time, so your plan adjusts as your data changes, instead of working from one visit and a handful of labs
- 04Depending on the plan, testing past a standard lab panel, like VO2 max and CAC and CTA scans of the heart and blood vessels
Who it’s for
People who already feel fairly good and want a wider, ongoing view of their health, with someone reading the data alongside them. Men and women.
Feeling off right now? Start with an Eclipse consult.
Exhausted. Not sleeping. Your body doing something you didn’t sign up for. That is what Eclipse is for.
Already my patient? Peak is a separate program, and your Eclipse care stays as it is.

I was told I was fine. That it was just normal aging. I ran my own labs, and what came back explained years of it.
Eclipse Total Health is root-cause hormone care by telehealth across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Peak Health is the longevity program I offer alongside it. More on why I added it: Why I partnered with Peak Health.
Peak Health at Eclipse
What is Peak Health?
Peak Health is a longevity medicine program that pairs in-depth testing with ongoing care from a clinician. Through my partnership with Peak, that clinician is me, Marla Osner, CRNP.
How is this different from my care at Eclipse?
Eclipse is where I work through what is going on right now: hormones, perimenopause and menopause, thyroid, weight and more. Peak is a separate program for people who want a wider view of their health, tracked over time. It does not replace Eclipse care.
What does the testing cover?
250+ health markers across metabolic, hormonal, cardiovascular and cognitive health. Depending on the plan, it can also include VO2 max and CAC and CTA scans of the heart and blood vessels. The full list for each plan is on my Peak Health page.
How often will I see you?
Four visits a year with me, by telehealth, and more visits with me on Peak’s larger plan. I review every result myself.
How much does it cost?
It is a separate program with its own cost, set through Peak. Current pricing for each plan is on my Peak Health page. It is not covered by insurance, and it is usually HSA/FSA eligible.
Is Peak Health only for women?
No. I see men and women, and the program is open to both.
I’m already your patient. Does anything change?
No. Peak is a separate program, and your Eclipse care stays as it is. If you are curious about it, ask me at your next visit.
How do I get started?
Start on my Peak Health page. You can look through the plans there and book a call with me if you want to talk it through first. Disclosure: I partner with Peak Health and this is my link.
