Why I Partnered with Peak Health, and What a Longevity Program Adds

I spent 13 years in emergency departments watching the same story arrive too late.

Prediabetes that had already become diabetes. Cardiovascular risk nobody had managed until it reached my table at 2am.

The system I trained in was built to react. I wanted to get upstream of it, for my patients and honestly for myself. That’s a big part of why I started Eclipse Total Health. It’s also why I partnered with Peak Health to bring a longevity program into the practice.

What is longevity medicine?

Longevity medicine looks at your health across years instead of one appointment at a time. More testing, repeated over time, read by someone who knows what to do with it.

Standard care usually works from one visit and a handful of labs. That covers a lot. It’s also one snapshot.

Longevity medicine isn’t about chasing perfection or stopping the clock. It’s about what you can see early, rather than what you find out later.

Why did I partner with Peak Health?

I already order in-depth testing at Eclipse. DUTCH, specialty panels, outside labs. I pay attention to the whole picture, and I always have.

Peak lets me go further. In-depth lab panels, including some things I can’t offer through a standard lab. Results tracked across the year instead of looked at once. And four visits a year to go through them with you.

Peak Health lets me give my patients something the system rarely does: real, ongoing attention.

What does a longevity program include?

Through Peak, the program includes:

  • 250+ health markers a year across metabolic, hormonal, cardiovascular and cognitive health
  • Four visits a year with me, by telehealth. I review every result myself.
  • A plan that adjusts as your data changes, because your trends are tracked over time
  • Advanced testing, depending on the plan, like VO2 max and CAC and CTA scans to look at your heart and blood vessels

The details of each plan are on my Peak Health page. (Disclosure: I partner with Peak Health and this is my link.)

Who is a longevity program for?

Eclipse is for when something is wrong and nobody has taken it seriously. Exhausted. Not sleeping. Waking at 3am. Weight that won’t move. Same eating, same workouts. Told your labs are fine.

Peak is for when you feel fairly good and want a wider view of your health over time. You want more data, and you want someone reading it with you instead of handing you a printout.

It’s for men and women. I see both.

If you’re in the first group, start with Eclipse. That’s what I built it for. If you’re in the second, Peak is worth a look.

I’m already your patient. Does anything change?

No. Peak is a separate program, and your care at Eclipse stays as it is.

If you’re curious, ask me at your next visit. I’ll tell you whether I think it makes sense for you, and if it doesn’t, I’ll say that too.

How much does a longevity program cost?

It’s a separate program with its own cost, set through Peak. Current pricing for each plan is on my Peak Health page, so you’re always looking at the real number.

It’s not covered by insurance. It’s usually HSA/FSA eligible, so you may be able to use pre-tax dollars.

How do I find out if it’s a fit?

Start with the overview here on my site: Peak Health at Eclipse Total Health.

When you’re ready, go to my Peak Health page. You can see the plans there and book a call with me to talk it through. (Disclosure: I partner with Peak Health and this is my link.)

And if something feels off right now, skip all of that and start with an Eclipse consult.

Either way, I got you.
