Eclipse Total Health
Questions patients ask before booking

Frequently asked questions

Telemedicine across Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with weight loss and root-cause wellness care also in Colorado and New Mexico.

Where do you see patients?

My visits are by telemedicine. I care for patients across Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with weight loss and root-cause wellness care also in Colorado and New Mexico.

Do you see men?

Yes. I see men and women, and most of my patients are women. Hormone and testosterone care is for patients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Do you take insurance?

No. Eclipse Total Health is a cash-pay practice.

What do you help with?

In Pennsylvania and New Jersey: hormone replacement therapy, including bioidentical hormones, and DUTCH hormone testing. In all four states: weight loss and root-cause wellness care. People often come to me about weight, sleep and how they feel in perimenopause and menopause.

What is the DUTCH test?

DUTCH stands for Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones. Instead of a single blood draw, you collect small urine samples at home across about 24 hours and mail them to the lab. My full explanation, including what drives the cost, is on my DUTCH page.

What does it cost?

The intake starts at $400. Memberships start at $150 a month, a la carte appointments are $225, and financing is available. Lab costs vary by panel and are billed separately through your chosen lab.

What happens at my first appointment?

Your first visit is 75 minutes. We go deep: symptoms, history, lifestyle, labs and family patterns. From there I order specialty testing and build a plan around your symptoms and your life.

How do I book?

Fill out the form on my homepage and tell me what’s going on. I’ll reach out within 48 hours to confirm availability and next steps. You can also call or text (610) 947-0730.

Who is Marla Osner?

I’m Marla Osner, CRNP, a nurse practitioner and the founder of Eclipse Total Health. I spent 13 years in emergency departments, and my practice today is root-cause hormone health by telemedicine.

What is the Peak Longevity program?

A longevity program I offer with Peak Health: more than 250 health markers a year, labs every quarter instead of once a year, four visits a year with me, and I review every result myself. It isn’t covered by insurance and is usually HSA/FSA eligible. Details are on my Peak Longevity page.

Do you offer free events?

Yes. I host free online workshops, usually with a guest clinician, and the replays stay on my workshops page.
